This is to inform all companies that have pre-registered on the exhibition website that, given that the final status of the exhibition halls and the exact date of the event have not been determined, no contact or coordination has been made by the Secretariat with the companies.

It is hereby announced that any phone call or message from individuals or companies claiming to be affiliated with the Secretariat is unofficial and is solely from booth construction companies that operate independently.

All participants are requested to follow up on information only through the Secretariat’s official communication channels before making any coordination or action.
